About the Guide

This framework provides a structured approach to evaluating certification programs for post-consumer recycled (PCR) content in plastic packaging across Canada.

Building on the December 2023 guidance document, Integrating PCR in Plastic Packaging, it supports CPP Partners—including brand owners, producers, manufacturers, and converters—as well as other key stakeholders in achieving their recycled content goals.
